It is chaired by a member country. <\/p>\n<p>To date, the member states of the COPIL are: Cambodia, Morocco, Tunisia, Palestine, Senegal, Chad, Mauritania, and France. It is led by the Director of COSTEA and supported by an executive team and regional coordinators. The STP ensures the ongoing emergence and formulation, monitoring and evaluation, promotion and dissemination, consistency, and cross-cutting nature of COSTEA&#8217;s actions. It is the forum where actions supported by COSTEA are defined and monitored. The CST meets periodically in various formats (plenary sessions or working groups, in person or remotely). It is chaired by the Director of COSTEA.
