A Community for Reflection and Action
Eligible to join our Scientific and Technical Committee are public, associative, or private institutions involved in agricultural water, research, training, engineering, rural development, or public action, as well as individual members recognized for their skills, experience, or contributions in COSTEA’s areas of interest.
The integration of new members is managed by the Permanent Technical Secretariat (PTS), which ensures a balance among represented territories, diversity of profiles, and complementarity of expertise within the community.

What COSTEA Offers You
Joining COSTEA primarily means becoming part of an international platform for dialogue and knowledge sharing. Members benefit from privileged access to news, publications, studies, and resources produced by the think tank. They are also informed about COSTEA Talks, Scientific and Technical Council meetings, workshops, training sessions, and events organized by the think tank and its partners.
Membership in COSTEA also offers opportunities for peer exchange, showcasing expertise, and contributing to collective discussions. Members can share their experiences, publicize their work, participate in working groups, or contribute to the emergence of new initiatives.
Your Commitment to the Think Tank
In return, COSTEA relies on the commitment of its community. Members are invited to share their knowledge, participate in the life of the think tank according to their availability, disseminate COSTEA’s productions within their own networks, and contribute to identifying emerging challenges in their territories and sectors of activity.
This collective dynamic constitutes one of the think tank’s main assets.
